UK Orders 

High value items will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery £10

Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail Track 24hr £5 

If you are overcharged at checkout with combined postage on multiple items we will refund you.

EU orders

Because of issues with trading between the UK and EU due to Brexit and the new packaging regulations brought in in August 2026, we are sadly not able to send to the EU at this current time.

International Shipping

We ship international parcels with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. The parcel will then be handed to the international postal service.  

Mussi is not responsible for any duties, taxes or handling fees that your parcel may incur. If for any reason the parcel is returned to us due to delays in customs or unpaid charges, customers are responsible for the redelivery cost. 

If the shipping provider cannot access the recipient at the given address and the item is returned to us the customer is liable for any redelivery costs.

If you refuse to accept your parcel - and any duties that may arise during shipping - your parcel will be returned to us. As a result, any costs that occur during the return process will be taken off your refund. 

Returns & Refunds

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. Please email us at mussi@mussi.co.uk for a return address or if you are seeking an exchange.

Please be aware that many of our items are one-of-a-kind, hand made, limited addition pieces so may vary slightly from the image shown on the website. 

Your refund will be made within 14 working days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. 

Returned items must be as new, unworn, with tags in their original position. Goods are returned at your cost, so for security email a copy of the tracking number when you ship back your order.
